Silver Alloy Bonding Wire

What is "Silver Alloy Bonding Wire"?
This is a highly functional bonding material that utilizes the excellent electrical and thermal conductivity properties of silver while suppressing its tendency to oxidize through our proprietary alloy design. It combines excellent bonding properties with stable reliability thanks to its flexible FAB (free air ball) technology. It combines high performance with cost performance.
Turning the technologies of a precious metals manufacturer into tangible form
Silver (Ag) alloy bonding wires have excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. They are also effective wires for optical semiconductor devices such as LEDs as they have high reflectivity in the visible spectrum. In addition, as an alternative material for gold (Au) wires, costs can be reduced by approximately 80%.
