Gold Bonding Wire
①Take it out of the case
Do not touch the wire.
②Remove the terminal tape.
Do not tilt the spool.
③ Attach to the bonder
Check the orientation.
Do not touch the wire.
④ Remove from the bonder
Do not touch the wire.
⑤Secure with terminal tape
Do not loosen the wire.
Do not tilt the spool.
⑥Store in case
Store upright in case
PCC WIRE
①Take it out of the case
Do not touch the wire.
②Remove the terminal tape.
Do not tilt the spool.
③ Attach to the bonder
Check the orientation.
Do not touch the wire.
④ Remove from the bonder
Do not touch the wire.
⑤Secure with terminal tape
Do not loosen the wire.
Do not tilt the spool.
⑥Store in case
Store upright in case
