Instructions for Wire Handling (for Power Devices)
Aluminum Bonding Ribbon
①Take it out of the case
② Unwind the ribbon
Do not loosen the ribbon.
③Reattach terminal tape
④ Attach to the bonder
Hold the center of the spool
⑤Unroll the ribbon
Do not loosen the ribbon.
⑥Cut the tip and insert it into the tube.
⑦To remove, secure the ribbon with terminal tape.
Do not loosen the ribbon.
⑧Remove the spool.
Hold the center of the spool
⑨Store in case
*Removing tangles
Remove all deformed parts.
Aluminum Bonding Wire
①Remove from the case and unwind the wire.
Do not loosen the wire.
② Attach to the bonder
Hold the center of the spool
③Remove from the bonder
Hold the center of the spool
④Store in the case
*Handling of spools
Do not deform the spool
by pressing hard
Copper Bonding Wire
①Take it out of the case
②-a: Attach to the bonder and secure the spool.
②-b: Unwind the wire and attach it to the flange on the opposite side
If the wire is feeds out in the wrong direction
③-a: Feed out the wire
③-b: Install on the bonder and feed out the wire.
