At the exhibition, TANAKA will showcase a wide range of materials and technologies for power devices, spanning both precious metal and base metal solutions. Featured products include aluminum and copper bonding wires and ribbons, silver adhesive paste for die-bonding, AgSn TLP sheets, and active brazing filler metal/copper composite materials.

Visitors will be able to explore TANAKA's technologies supporting the performance, reliability, and thermal management requirements of next-generation power semiconductor applications.
