PRODUCT

Wire

We manufacture medical ultra-fine wires, including those made from Pt-based materials, for guidewire tip coils and Guidewire coils, for guidewire tip coils, guidewire coils, lead coils, aneurysm coils and your other coiling needs.
We provide wire rods for machining purposes with excellent surface smoothness and cleanliness, using ultra-fine wire processing technology with these qualities and a unique melting method that minimizes inclusions.
We work closely with customers to develop new alloys specific to your needs.

Ring

We manufacture electrode rings and marker bands with high biocompatibility and X-ray impermeability, including Pt and PtIr alloys.
We can support your needs from small-scale prototyping all the way through to high volume production. 

Swiss Machined Parts and Laser Processing

We manufacture components for applications such as tip electrodes, ring electrodes, sleeves,  and components for pacing and defib leads. 
We combine precision cutting and femtosecond laser processing to provide precision processed components tailored to our customers' needs.

Raw Materials

We manufacture Pt-based tubes for use in electrodes rings, marker bands, etc., and Pt-based rod materials for use in precision machined parts. We offer a wide range of materials, diameters, thicknesses, and shapes.

Sheet・Foil

We offer various types of thin rolled materials suitable for laser cutting for stamping. We can offer various types of rolled materials.
We can process them to dimensions according to the application and specifications, and can support from small-lot prototypes through high volume production.
