①Remove from the case

②Unwind the ribbon
Do not loosen the ribbon -
③Reapply terminal tape

④Attach to the bonder
Hold the center of the spool -
⑤Unroll the ribbon
Do not loosen the ribbon -
⑥Cut the end and insert into the tube

⑦Secure the ribbon with terminal tape for removal
Do not loosen the ribbon -
⑧Remove the spool
Hold the center of the spool -
⑨Store in the case

※Removing tangles
Remove all deformed parts
Aluminum bonding wire

①Remove from the case and unwind the wire
Do not loosen the wire -
②Attach to the bonder
Hold the center of the spool -
③Remove from the bonder
Hold the center of the spool -
④Store in the case

※Handling spools
Do not deform the spool
by pressing hard
Copper bonding wire

①Remove from the case
-
②-a: Attach to the bonder and secure the spool
-
③-a: Feed out the wire
If the wire is feeds out in the wrong direction
-
②-b:Unwind the wire and attach it to the flange on the opposite side
-
③-b:Attach it to the bonder and feed out the wire
